To close a Limited Company, you need to decide whether it’s solvent (can pay its debts) or insolvent. If solvent, you can apply for voluntary strike-off through Companies House. You must inform HMRC, pay any outstanding taxes, and close your business accounts. If the company is insolvent, you’ll need to go through voluntary liquidation with a licensed insolvency practitioner. Once all legal steps are completed, the company will be officially removed from the register.
